Bag Untie Access Doors on unloaders

All unloaders are fitted with a bag untie hopper, with hinged access door, this enables the operator to untie the bag discharge spout, with the total weight of bag safely supported. A 3" diameter dust takeaway port is provided opposite the operator access door, to draw all air-borne dust away from the operator's face.

An optional glove port design is available for toxic or environ-mentally hazardous products. This feature should only be employed when absolutely necessary, as bag untying can be more time consuming and encumbered with this design. A sanitary food product design is also available with a special spout clamping feature for internal bag liners.
